Woodward Associates are hosting a Clinical Coding Engagement on 13th November 2025 at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel in Windsor, Berkshire.

Our keynote speakers will be NHS England ICD-11 MMS providing the National View and the Roadmap to ICD-11.

We also have Katie Campbell ACC, the Head of Clinical Coding at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. Katie will announce the exciting launch of the Clinical Coding Leader's Network and the work it is doing to support clinical coder retention, the safe introduction of AI and the formation of a national clinical coding strategy.

Woodward Associates' own Carolyn Cooper ACC will also be speaking about the AI Digital Transformation of Clinical Coding, focusing on automation and a vision of the future as part of a clinical data management system.

We will also be talking through our exciting product direction and, of course, there will be plenty of time for networking.
