We're delighted to announce that the Woodward Associates Clinical Coding Engagement Event will return this autumn, taking place on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at the prestigious Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Leeds.

We are particularly excited to announce that NHS England will be joining us as keynote speakers, providing attendees with updates on some of the most significant national developments.

Presentations from NHS England will include updates from the:

• ICD-11 MMS Team
• Terminology & Classifications Team
• HRGs & Payment by Results (Casemix) Team

We are thrilled that representatives from all three teams will be speaking, offering delegates a unique opportunity to hear directly from the experts leading these important national programmes.

The event will also feature presentations from NHS organisations, sharing their own clinical coding transformation journeys, practical experiences and lessons learned, with further speaker announcements to follow over the coming weeks.

Alongside keynote presentations and customer case studies, attendees will receive updates from Woodward Associates on the latest developments across our integrated suite of clinical coding solutions, including innovations in AI-powered automation designed to support coding teams and improve efficiency.

Designed for CDIOs, Heads of Clinical Coding, Clinical Coding Managers, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Professionals, the event will provide practical insights, industry updates and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the NHS.
