We are proud to announce we are a sponsor of the newly formed professional body – The Clinical Coding Leaders' Network!

The network is a UK-wide professional community committed to empowering, connecting and advancing the Clinical Coding profession. Founded by Katie Campbell ACC, Strategic Clinical Coding Lead and Head of Clinical Coding & PBR Assurance at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and our own Carolyn Cooper ACC (Caz), the network provides a unified voice and strategic support in response to growing challenges in the field.

The group has launched at a critical time given the critical shortage of coders, the implementation of automation and the safe introduction of AI. The network's aim is to create a Clinical Coding strategy focused on bringing technology and people closer together for a digital transformation.

The network aims to give Clinical Coders a voice and decipher the myths, acknowledging the experts who ensure that healthcare data is correct, complete and trusted to truly improve patient outcomes.
